The two levels
- Starred table: PRU. The island's first starred restaurant (2019 guide), it kept its star in the edition announced in December 2024, according to a press release from the group that runs it. It has moved to a venue near the Trisara hotel according to that release. Book well ahead and check the menu and price on the restaurant's site.
- Bib Gourmand. Thai and southern cooking, often simple, at gentle prices. The selection is published each year late in the year: check the Michelin Guide site for the current list.
Where to find a good table without booking weeks ahead

Tips
