The group class lasts 1.5 hours with a professional coach, loaned gloves, a snack and a drink, and hotel transfer. It is open to all levels. According to the gym's website, a single session costs 500 THB direct, with classes in the morning (7:30-9:00) and late afternoon (4:00-6:00 pm), Monday to Saturday: booking online mainly adds the transfer and advance payment.
